Beverage Panels

RBP

Raised Beverage Panel

Panel Lengths : 48” – 86”

Panel Heights : 16” – 24”

(custom heights available)

The Raised Beverage Panel (RBP) is a breathable surface, mounted to the rear of the leg supports of a shelving section starting at 62.25” AFF. This spacing allows for a 7 inch gap above the tapped kegs for routing the beverage lines to the tapped kegs. Beverage component panels are affixed to the RBP, providing easy access to the beverage controls for maintenance and operation. The horizontal panels are constructed of 1/4”x2” steel (frame).

FFP

Front Facing Panel

Panel Lengths : 48” – 86”

Panel Heights : 16” – 24”

(custom heights available)

The Front Facing Beverage Panel (FFP) and the (RBP) share the same construction. The FFP is mounted to angled brackets (starting at 62.25” AFF) over a Double Deep keg shelf or Saddle Deep keg shelf so that the beverage components are within 16” of the aisle. This allows the operators / beverage technicians an easier access to the beverage components, without reaching, straining or standing on something to reach the controls.

EZR

EZ Reach Panel

Panel Lengths : 42”, 58”, 74”

Panel Heights : 10”

The EZ-Reach Beverage Panel (EZR) was designed to provide the same ease of access as our other panels, with the added benefit of still having storage above the kegs. This horizontal frame is constructed of 1-1/2” angle steel with an aluminum panel attached for mounting the individual beverage components to. The EZR can be utilized with either our Case shelf or Light Duty shelf
options.

OTW

Off The Wall

Panel Lengths : 42”, 58”, 74”

Panel Heights : 10”

The Off The Wall Beverage Pump Panel (OTW) is constructed with the EZR as its base with the addition of a mounting plate on the rear of the frame to locate beer pumps and secondary regulators. This panel should be utilized when the beverage system design requires the addition of beer pumps.

Auxiliary Storage

CSR

Cylinder Storage Rack

Custom designed to store compressed gas cylinders of all sizes on a secure and stable platform. Base shelf height is 6.5” AFF. Posts with security chains can be integrated as shown.

Compressed gas cylinders are a necessary part of any draft beer system. Due to their extensive amount of interior pressure they are also quite dangerous. Our cylinder storage solutions reduce this danger by minimizing the chances of a tip-over, exterior collision, or even puncture; which can result in property damage, injury, or worse.

GSR

Glycol Storage Rack

Custom designed to reduce storage footprint while safely storing glycol units in a secure location, the GSRs can be configured for one or multiple units, for glycol refrigeration units of all sizes. Base shelf height is at 6.5” AFF. (Custom heights available.)

Since glycol units work to keep draft beer cold in the lines of long runs, our flow through design of the shelving allows for heat dissipation from the air surrounding the glycol units. This helps them operate more efficiently at keeping your beer cold.

EKS

Empty Keg Storage

24-3/8” overall depth.
Fits one (1) half-barrel keg deep (horizontally shown).
Uniform load rating: 80lbs per linear foot (81” wide unit)
Concentrated load rating: 500lbs. (81” wide unit)
Common legs available for multiple continuous inline shelving sections.
Reduces the footprint of precariously stacked empty kegs. This helps to organize the “back of the house” or interior cooler space.

LSC

Locking Security Cage

Safely and securely store valuable bottle products under lock and key (lock not included), while minimizing the storage footprint.

Liquor storage cages require a large footprint and are easily compromised. Not any more! Our security cage is designed to be integrated into your Cooler Concepts’ custom storage system. It can be added to keg or case storage in, virtually, any configuration; or stacked several units tall, as a stand alone security tower.

Supplemental Components

Rear Safety Flat

Rear Safety Flats are utilized when there are fragile elements in the cooler that require extra protection (windows, beer system components, etc.). When combined with our welded keg stops (standard), the chances of a keg traveling past the rear of the shelf is highly unlikely; protecting your valuable keg storage related components.

Leveling Foot Pads

Not every cooler floor is perfect and level. Whether the issue is a sloped floor with a drain or just an old uneven floor, leveling foot pads can be added to adjust the shelving to a safe level platform. Walk-in coolers with floors pitched toward drains are where we see this used the most.

Weight Distribution Foot Pads

Cooler Concepts’ support legs have built in foot pads standard. However, they are designed for tile or concrete floors utilizing a minimal footprint. Our Weight Distribution Foot Pads are oversized purposefully for coolers with reinforced floors. This spreads the weight evenly over a larger area.

Interior Support Mounted Panel

The Interior Support Mounted Panel is utilized for several reasons. It can act as an additional mounting surface for beer controls (shown), a means of security, or as a protection barrier for miscellaneous bottle products. The ISMP is mounted in-between the shelf support uprights (legs); saving space and allowing for maximum air flow in the cooler.

Powder Coated Finish

Typically, our shelving components come standard with a galavanized finish. However, for those coolers that receive a bit more exposure to the public, we can provide color matched frames, panels, and light duty shelving to enhance the visual impact. (Not available on keg/case shelves)

Keg Dolly Package

Keg Dollies can provide operators a cost effective means of moving and organizing floor stored kegs. Kegs are stored on a high density injection molded polyethylene surface with caster wheels. This provides a convenient way to clean under and around floor stored kegs, while keeping within local health codes.

Bolt – Thru Technology

BTT can eliminate the extra posts typical of conventional shelving, which block corners and make products inaccessible, thus maximizing storage. Utilized in either a Bolt – Between (bridge the gap between two runs of shelving) or an L -shaped (pg.6) configuration. Radiused supports prevent snag points beneath the shelf while handling kegs.

Stability Bracing

Some custom designs require additional support bracing due to reduced support leg width and/or excessive shelf height. Stability Braces are integrated into a shelving solution when there is a need to prevent the possibility of tipping or to add strategic reinforcement.
